Economy

Economic freedom is essential to human liberty and personal success. In the State House Dr. Tim Reeder will prioritize the economic needs of Pitt County residents, lowering the cost of living, and creating more good jobs.

Healthcare

Dr. Reeder knows access to health care is important for everyone in Pitt County. As an emergency room doctor and a professor at the ECU Brody School of Medicine, Dr. Reeder sees the challenges the people of Pitt County face every day. He will take his skills in the ER of working quickly and collaboratively to the State House to get results for us.

Education

Tim will support our students, parents, and teachers in pursuing every educational opportunity they can. His plan includes keeping our schools safe with more funding for School Resource Officers and mental health professionals. He will also prioritize helping our students learn the basics of reading, writing, math, science, and history.

North Carolina has a long tradition of excellence in education from primary through college, either the community college or university system, or a technical degree. Our students should have access to the best teachers and schools to prepare them to compete in a global economy.
